American Institute of Architects Awards AMS Implementation Contract

CorePartners, Inc. today announced that it has been awarded the contract from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Washington D.C., to manage the implementation of their recently selected association management software, Avectra netForum. CorePartners will provide consulting and project management services for the duration of the implementation of the netForum software. They will act as AIA's authorized representative to Avectra ensuring that the implementation meets the time, cost and scope agreed upon between Avectra and the AIA.

The AIA's selection of CorePartners was due largely in part to the successful completion of a prior contract awarded to CorePartners. The scope of the previous contract included assisting the AIA in conducting a thorough review of their business processes and selecting an association management software options to best meet their needs. CorePartners utilized its proprietary process and quantitative methodology to assist the AIA in arriving at a decision.
