    How We Do It

CorePartners uses local developers, analysts and project managers to lead an experienced project team to develop software solutions. Of our 70 software programmers and engineers, 33 percent hold master's degree and 57 have bachelor's degrees.

Our interactive approach to software development includes customer input and involvement at every step of the way. The process is:
  • Inception Phase:
We meet with you to learn more about your business and what you want to accomplish.

  • Software Requirements Phase:
Once the scope of the project has been determined and approved, we work with you to gather detailed requirements. We conduct high-level analysis and design, create an architectural design document, estimate the project complexity and create a milestone schedule and budget.

  • Programming Phase:
We begin coding the software, delivering several prototypes for your review and approval. The first prototype is designed to show user interface (screens and reports). Successive reviews add layers of functionality and show that the software operates in accordance with the Software Requirements Specification. These intermediate deliveries afford the customer the opportunity to participate in all stages of product development.

  • Delivery-Acceptance Testing:
Once the finished software is delivered to the customer, it undergoes acceptance testing, validated against the requirements document, followed by user training and final hand-off of system documentation.

  • Warranty Period:
We provide full support during the initial 90 days of operation following system deployment.
